The same thing happened to me that happened to so many others. I ordered through ProFlowers.com and I too have received a charge of $14.95 which was deducted from my bank account. If so many people are having problems, why isn't ProFlowers.com doing more to protect their customers? Maybe there was some fine print... it must have been really really fine because I certainly would not have signed up for it. My decision is to no longer purchase from ProFlowers.com which I have done in the past and my company does as well. Guess we will find a new vendor. read full review »
