I purchased tickets on the day that Phillies signed Cliff Lee for his 2011 debut as xmas present to my wife. Razorgator sent confirmation email, charged my Visa $230, then called a week later to say "supplier doesn't have those tickets". Of course not...the price for Phillies tickets was already spiking fast. I reminded them their order page says "We reserve right to upgrade tickets if unavailable", then they told me "no, our fine print says we just need to refund your money, that's it".
