FRAUD ALERT: We are submitting this post to warn the unsuspecting public about Mark Pennell and Pennell Design, LLC both of Brooklyn NY. We unfortunately we ripped off by this crook when he took tens of thousands of dollars of our hard-earned money to procure Doors, Windows, Cabinets, Ductless Air Conditioning systems and other items but actually delivered NOTHING.
