Buyer/consumer beware of this contractor!! Xterior Xcellence, rooofing company in west berlin, nj avoid business dealing with this con artist. Even the e-mail addresses he list on the internet are bogus, every e-mail I've sent has been returned undeliverable. On July 31st I gave Kevin Harrison A cash deposit of $2100.00 to began roof repairs on August 4th, needless to say no work was started.
