This letter is to complain about service I recently received from the IHOP restaurant manager named Jose Chavez. I visited the IHOP at 3760 N Halsted St in Chicago, IL on 4/17/2011 at approximately 2:00am, with a group of friends to dine in. After about 20 minutes of waiting for food, the waitress brought our food to the table.
