Call the Owner, Brian, 646-368-6957 and give this guy a hard time. He hung up on me and they never shipped my order. I order two items on 3/21/11. They never sent a ship date so I had to email them. They finally replyed that they were to ship on 4/5/11. Today is 4/19/11 and I have not received them yet. They do not respond and they never sent a tracking number. I'm calling my VISA company and reporting fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!! THEY SUCK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! read full review »
