I contacted these people at (WWW.mobileunlocked.co.uk)to open my Samsung U900 soul. They informed me it would cost £15.99. They after a few days informed me that my telephone could only be unlocked with an alternative method which was more expensive. I at their demand, I sent them an extra £4 to open with this 'Alternative method'. They failed and I then requested a refund. They sent me a mail that they would refund my £19.99.
