January 1, 2011, I was put with AMLI by Homeland Healthcare. I knew they have a pre-existing conditions clause and I faxed them my letters of credible coverage like they asked for. in July I was laid off from my job where I had United Healthcare for two years. August 1, 2010, I got a Limited Benefit Plan through Homeland Healthcare and had it until December 31 at which time they switched me over to AMLI.
