Hi. I don't want to complain about Star Vacation Club. We received four all-inclusive or partially-inclusive trips free-of-charge with our membership, and we used all but one of them. We also took a trip to Disney World and stayed in a condo upgrade provided by the Club. My issue is that we need to cancel due to the economy. I contacted Star, and they are telling me that they can't cancel the membership, but have placed us in "inactive" status. They advised us to sell the membership.
