My Seiko watch was working just find until I got a small crack in the crystal. The crack got bigger and the watch stopped. I found this place and mailed my watch to them They emailed me that the watch was not working after they had put a new battery in and said the watch needed repairs in the amount of about $160 to repair. I refused the repairs and requested they send the watch back. The watch was sent back. I took to a local jeweler and they replaced the crystal and the watch works fine. This place is a ripoff - I wish I had seen all of these complaints before I sent the watch. read full review »
