I swear i don't know where to start but, i'm going to to give it a decent try First and foremost, absolutely unprofessional staff who doesn't even give a damn about calling customers at a decent time. I have gotten calls from them at 10pm. Trademark of being an off-shored Indian company with no work ethics.
