Sean Morrison has admitted to me that he has scammed me. He charged me $14, 700 for a due diligence fee upfront and promised a 100% loan for a JV. He refused to get me a loan and then refused to refund the money. He did nothing for me but collect documents from me. He has a network of cohorts around the nation helping him trying to verify who he is. I have verifiable proof they lie about who they are. He has used extortion as a ploy to threaten me and others.
