Absolutely an awful establishment. I recommend to use one of the many other stores available which provide at least decent service. When I placed an order with them online, my order confirmation at the time was fine, but they ended up doubling the order (no I did not click send twice, I've been ordering online for 14 years and never had an ordering problem).
