Purchased Server for $799 in December 2010. Dining room server was delivered with a broken door in mid-January 2011. 3rd party repair company that Huffman Koos uses to fix their furniture came to our home and could not fix the door on the server; customer service agent came to our home and took 1 digital photo; that rep was fired 1 week later and picture never sent to Huffman.
