Purchased extended warranty on new Ford Escape purchased from Dan Wiebold Ford in Nampa, Idaho. The warranty was around 1800.00. We were told if we did not use it we would get it refunded to us. We did not use the warranty and when the time was up we sent in all the paperwork, we even went to Dan Wiebold and they gave us the correct paperwork to send in to Signet . We took all the pictures that they required and followed the instructions carefully. After no refund we called the company and we were told it would be sent out next month.
