I bought a 500.00 ring from venue.com. The ring looked nothing like the picture, so I decided to return it. I received the return instructions and sent it back. I NEVER received a refund for the ring after returning it. I spent months trying to get my money back. I finally found someone who I thought could help me. She PROMISED my refund would be in my account on December 11. When it wasn't there, I gave her a call only to find her number had been disconnected.
