Had my walmart moneycard for almost 2 years now. Every day I deposit my tips (I'm a delivery driver). yesterday, My card stopped working so I called customer service. I was told that the Card was blocked because I was in violation of the terms of service. I asked how, and was told that according to the terms of service, moneycard can limit the number and size of reloads. and that I had been given many chances over the past 2 years to come into compliance.
