Fort Irwin's final inspection is a scam. They have 21 days to detect anything wrong when clearing, therefore everyone will pass their final inspection and have everyone believe that they owe nothing. The very next business day, someone else will come in and find something wrong. I passed my initial and final inspection day and the very next business day they said they smelled urine and had to replace the carpets.
