These fools renewed my subscription and charged my credit card without authorization. It took several phone calls and almost an hour on the phone - with two different individuals - before finally being assured of cancellation and refund. However, I was told that it would take 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to process the refund. What a bunch of idiots. I have a REAL SIMPLE idea ... let's not purchase or subscribe to REAL SIMPLE magazine.
