This company has a rigged website so customer has no way of reviewing order and/or approving extremely high non-refundable handling fees prior to order confirmation. Product I ordered was $14.99 with processing & handling fee of $15.90 (that's more than the small, lightweight plastic product itself). Customer service policies and reps are highly suspicious and designed/trained to delay order amendments/cancellations until after nonrefundable handling charges have been captured.
