Booked a flight yesterday with them. No mention of the $79 service fee until the end. No phone number to call. No confirmation email as promised. Charges did show on my card, including for the airline. Had to call the airline (US Airways) to see if I was even really booked on the flight (I was.) Kept the flight since it was a good deal, but I am filing with my credit card to get my "service fee" back since the service is nonexistent. BBB rates them as F.
