I purchased a home from Sundial homes in ajax and sent in a form to Ronda for the shingles to be replaced because after 1 month of living there the roof was leaking. ( I had a 2nd home inspection done shortly after I moved in and that's how the problem was discovered) I Waited for a reply but of course nothing was done.
