I've done some research and I found out the owner of this site is a gentleman named: Jeffrey Jachter What's even better about stump.ws is that they don't accept abuse reports! So you could be fucking sending viruses/ kiddy porn / pretty much anything and Jeffrey Jachter wouldn't give a fuck "due to ongoing work on the server."
