I have had nothing but trouble with my Palm Pre cell phone. I have had it replace several times and it still messed up all the time.I just had it replaced again because it completely stopped working. The replacement they sent me didnt work either. The service rep in the store was very rude and looked down on you like she was better thatn everyone else. She said she would have to send another one out again. She never said sorry for your trouble. I wish I had never left Tmobile t come to crapy customer service. I would not recommednt verizon to anyone. read full review »
