Hello, I purchase satin strands hair from sally's beauty supply corporation. After the hair was extended on to my hair the began to brittle, break, matt, tangle! It looks like I'm wearing a mop on my hair!! This product they claim to be 100 percent is a lie! There ripping off and defrauding customers!! Taking advantage of hard working citizens! I demand repect and honesty!! Will you please help me resolve this issue . I'm only asking for a refund before I take this public ...!!! Thanks for your help and understanding.
