I had quit the company almost a year ago. I recently noticed that I was charged. They had been sending me e mails but I thought it was just part of the tactics to bring you back. I suspect I have been charged for the year and I resent it. They make it very difficult to quit. I don't know to this day if I am truly off the rolls. I didn't even complete one week with them before I asked to quit. They are very hard to get ahold of and I don't seen ANY credits for what they have charged me.
