I had my loan through Citifinancial Auto and they bought them out in October 2010. I was assessed late fee for that month and I didnt even that they were bought out and mind you that I my payment was being drafted out of my account. They cancelled everything without my knowledge. Now that santander has my account they have charged my late charges even though they are not to and I was within my limit.
