Was participating in an auction when I was outbid. Couldnt login to bid again. Contacted customer service to inquire, didnt know site was down. After investigating more on my side, someone in the IT dept must have done something because the sites links now referred to internal servers and address... such as http://dsp01dtw:xxxx I called to complain, was told that no complaint department was available, and they dont really care that the server addresses are exposed and that further information was available from the servers... file structures, etc. So not only did I loose a few auctions, I could now see their servers online... great security... read full review »
