I've had a paypal account for over 3 years and use their website payment pro service for processing credit cards for my customers. Yesterday I get an email from PAYPAL stating that a customer filed a chargeback (for items that were already shipped to her). I sent paypal all the info they need to prove that customer did in fact order the merchandise and it was shipped to her. (Sent copies of sale, invoice, ship tracking numbers etc).
