I saw my Dr. for a routine well check. We discussed my health and she thought it wise to do a colonscopy. I agreed since my policy said that it was covered and the deductible waived. Just to be safe I called Allegiance and verified that it was a covered procedure, and I told the agent that it stated in my policy that deductible was waived. I just received an EOB from Allegiance saying that it is covered but subject to deductible. I sent in an appeal and they came back with some copies of some state laws about age.
