I have been with USAA for 30 years, but in the past two years they have really changed. They used to be great, but now they use many of the same banking tricks that the big banks were using to gouge people. USAA has held a deposit for 2 weeks when the deposit came from their own USAA account, just in the hope that a big check would bounce and they could rack up the bounced check charges.
