The store allowed an unauthorized person to purchase tires, and other items with my visa debit card that has my picture on it. I do not understand why they would allow a customer to make a purchase using a visa debit card with out asking for another form of identification, as well as a pin number. I have been violated by the unauthorized usage of my visa card.
