I contracted Aerocargas Argentinas to ship a car from US to Argentina, and to get the paper work done for me. The service was 'integral', meaning that all taxes and fees were include in the price, as a lump sum. The car arrived one month later, then the paperwork at customs took months and months, and at a point these people asked me for more money, for whichever reason.
