I have LBPS (IBM Lenger Business Process Services) for my mortgage. They are so slow with any kind of process, their website is so bad I can't even look at my payment history. The only thing I can do online is to pay mortgage WITH FEE, of course. If I pay on the phone, it's $10 fee, too. When my previous company sold my mortgage, I didn't get any letter from LBPS for a long time, I didn't know what my payment is or the due date, and it wasn't on the website either.
