I ordered one CD using a gift card plus my credit card in early January. I did not receive a package until March, and it was the wrong CD. I paid return shipping and sent the item back. It's been a few weeks, so I e-mailed the company since I have not received a refund or any notification at all. This e-mail was ignored. I have lost money and received the wrong product, which I sent back for an exchange or refund. This is unacceptable, and I am frustrated that I cannot get in touch with anyone in the company to help me with this issue. I had to pay for my own postage sending it back, which makes it even more frustrating. read full review »
