As a scientist, I know it is impossible for this device to do anything for your balance or strength. There is no battery, there are no electrical parts, there is no "frequency" to match with your body. Even it if contained magnets that might created some kind of "field" (there is no such thing as a "bio-field" -- that is just a made up term iRenew uses) it could not possibly be strong enough to affect your biochemistry, much less affect something like "balance."
