Simpson bay resort, formerly Pelican Resort, shut down after failing to resolve labor issues.In my opinion Royal Resort engineered a takeover of the resort bought it at auction for pennies on the dollar and then shut down as of 2/20. All who may be considering buying or renting if it should reopen should be very wary of committing money in advance. read full review »
