The company is specializing to giving an investor a short term real estate loans under high percents, they have scammed me raised percents to whatever number they wanted to, didn't give me a report of any sort, they hold of on the the documents for me to refinance from them so that I would have to pay fees and percents, and once I started complaining to them from somewhere they put a $40, 000 worth of fees to get all of my profit from both houses.
