I won a bid for a diamond ring on ebay offered for sale by replygroup S.A.R.L. Was told it was shipped DHL and given a tracking number. Number was no good. Was then told it was shipped THL courrier service. They were new to Ebay so paypal only cover up to $200. I filed a complaint through paypal and received $200 back but am still out $2300.00 They sent me a package recentely with a cheap pair of earrings in it.
