Mr. Craig is all promises at first, next comes shoddy workmanship, and then excuses. After first promising us a first rate job, he did not supervise his employees. Then, while installing four hardwood floors in the four bedrooms in our home, the employees installed material with clearly damaged surfaces (right out of the box). We 'caught' most of the 'damaged' boards while they were being installed and had the employees remove same.
