I called to cancel web memberships. The customer service department is terrible. She asked why I was cancelling and I just told her - because I want to! It is NONE of their business why people choose to cancel !!! As I am waiting for her to cancel I have been waiting for more than 15 minutes on the phone and there was laughing in the background (very UNPROFESSIONAL!). I have a funeral to attend and you would THINK that a company that SELLS websites would be a little faster in just cancelling a simple membership to avoid future payments!
