Samuel Isaac Wolfe Isaac Wolfe is a snitch for the DEA and local drug task force in Ashville, NC. In June of '07 he was raided at his condo by agents where they found several thousand hits of LSD. $25, 000 in cash, Shotgun, 11 pounds of Canadian pot and lights and dirt to grow marijuana.
