Netfirms wrongfully charged my financial account for web hosting that I did not purchase. This resulted in a negative bank balance on my behalf and cost me much heartache and aggravation. Upon notifying them of this, they refused to accept the responsibility for making the error. They agreed to reverse the charges, telling me that the reversal would not take place for 7 days or more.
