I ordered a hot air popcorn popper and they had the best price. My experience was very similar to the worst ones here, although I did get the product, finally. After 10 days, I contacted them and got that same old story, to wait until 14 days. On the 15th day I contacted them by email and was told they would look into it. I requested tracking info and never got it.
