Ordered a pair of trainers mid November 2010 but were too small and they had run out of stock to exchange so I sent them back (at my own expense) to get a refund. I received an email to confirm they had been received and the money would be refunded in 7 days. That was 25th November 2010. I am STILL waiting for the money.
