Beware of calling AT&T with a technical problem. They are not there to fix your problem. They are there to sell and they will tell whatever lie they need to to make that sale. I waited on hold for over an hour just to get scammed. They tried to sell me services I was already paying for. They tried to sell me services I did not need at all. They lied and told me that some services were included with the purchase of other services, but in fact they are charged separately. Very aggressive and rude staff! read full review »
