Straight Talk is supported by one of the most frustrating customer service systems that I have experienced. You have no option for out of the country (Mexico) service. You may have your service cut off while on auto-pay. You may be billed twice in one month. You may be cut off after going through multiple prompts to get to customer service only to get repeated busy signals when you try to call back.
