I receieved a overdraft fee from my bank and they told me Starter Credit Direct is trying to take money out of my checking account that I didn't authorize. They have tried this 3 times and were trying to do it again while I was in the office at the bank. I was charged $35.00 for each time it was sent back. I have tried to call, put on hold, tried to e-mail and couldn't get thru. I was able to get things worked out at the bank, but I don't know exactly what happened or how they got my information.
