I never received a letter stating I owed money to may last apartment complex. Five months after moving out I received a letter from Hunter Warfield stating that I owed a significant amount of money. I immediately sent them a letter stating that A) was completely unaware of this debt and B) I would like to make payment arrangements. I enclosed the letter and my first payment.
