I had beautiful long, think healthy hair when I walked in the salon. I wanted a color retouch. I walked out with a lot less hair and my hair is still breaking off and falling out. This women put me under a dryer and told me 30 min later that she used 40 volume developer on my head! I told her to wash my hair immediately!
